Tales Animator

Tales Animator is a rather unique tool to create custom cartoon animations in AVI format. It does not require any graphical talent to get started since it includes several of ready-to-use cartoon actors. All you need to do is write a screenplay, using a very easy to understand script language that uses a common English syntax which does not require any programming skills. The program comes with a sample that will get you started immediately, once you look at the documentation and the included sample, you will have no problems understanding the concept. Tales Animator lets you use custom background images (or included scenes) and the characters will speak their text aloud using MS Agent technology to convert your typed text to speech. GifSplitter

GifSplitter allows you to split a GIF animation file into individual frames, and save each as BMP file. Useful if you need to extract a still image from an animated GIF file and don`t have an animation editor.

Pivot Stickfigure Animator

Pivot Stickfigure Animator is a unique software, that allows you to create stick figure animations easily and without any artistic skills. You can move the sections of the sick figure and easily create a chain of animation frames that can be previewed as you go. You can use more than one stick-figure in the animation, and even create your own stick figures using an easy to use visual editor that lets you assemble objects out of lines and circles. In addition, you can optionally set animation size, speed and more. The result can be saved as animated GIF file. Fun and easy to use, surprisingly well featured.

UnFREEz

UnFREEz is a tiny tool, that will take any number of images, saved as separate GIF files, and create a single animated GIF from those images. Just drag and drop some GIF files from Windows Explorer, set the frame delay time and have UnFREEz create the animated GIF. Additional features include automatic interlacing and transparency detection.
